Welcome to CSSPainter. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CSSPainter website and services located at https://css.thebirthflower.com (the "Service"), operated by CSSPainter ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

CSSPainter provides a collection of free, browser-based visual CSS generator tools. These tools allow users to interactively design CSS effects — including gradients, box shadows, border radii, glassmorphism effects, neumorphism shadows, text shadows, CSS filters, clip-path shapes, and animations — and generate ready-to-use CSS code with live visual preview.

The Service is provided at no charge to users and does not require registration, account creation, or personal information to use the core tools. Optional features, such as shareable preset URLs, may require your browser to make network requests to our servers to save configuration data.

We strive to keep the Service available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

Your Generated CSS Code

The CSS code generated by CSSPainter's tools belongs entirely to you. We make no claim of ownership over any CSS values, property declarations, keyframe rules, or other code output that you create using our tools. You are free to use the generated code in any project — personal, commercial, open-source, or otherwise — without attribution, royalty, or restriction of any kind. The generated CSS is yours.

CSSPainter's Intellectual Property

The CSSPainter website itself — including its design, layout, source code, JavaScript logic, PHP backend, CSS stylesheets, written content, documentation, logos, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of CSSPainter and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of CSSPainter's own website content or code without our express written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g., for personal, non-commercial study or review).

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Shared Presets

When you use the Share feature to create a shareable URL for a CSS preset, you grant CSSPainter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and serve those CSS parameter values for the purpose of delivering the shared URL to anyone who accesses it. You represent that you have the right to share the configurations you submit. We do not review shared presets before they are published.

We reserve the right to remove any shared preset that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CSSPainter is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on the website.
